Work Order History report

The Work Order History report provides a complete history of work order details for selected properties over a specified time period. It provides information to track associated asset maintenance, action details, time involved, and so on.

Fields on the Work Order History report

Field	Description
Property	Property associated with the report.
Work Order Number	Unique identification number of the work order.
Asset	Asset name/code associated with the report.
Location	Location where the asset is installed.
Work Order	Description of the work order.
Created On	Date and time of when the work order was created.
Created By	Name of the technician who created the work order.
Closed On	Date and time when the work order was closed.
Closed By	Name of the technician who closed the work order.
Action Time	Date and time when the action was initiated.
Action Details	Action details pertaining to the work order.
WO Transaction Status	Events that occurred while the work order was carried out.
Action Performed By	Technician who performed the actions of the work order.
Remarks	Additional remarks related to the work order.
