Service Analytics
The Service Analytics provides a consolidated, at-a-glance view of key information and metrics for the Service product. It highlights insights into guest room utilization, service demand, job description frequency with escalations, and departmental service dynamics. You can interact with the charts to filter data and customize views. The screen features the Service Dashboard and Benchmarking tabs, enabling you to assess your property performance, compare guest room-related tasks, and compare property sizes using percentage-based and average data.
Note: Service Analytics is available only to users with Reports access. Users must have the Create Service Reports role enabled. For more information, contact your Unifocus Client Success Manager (CSM).
Note: The data in the Service Analytics is updated every 5 hours, starting at 00:20 (12:20 AM) UTC, and might not match data in existing reports or in the Service software, depending on when you last made changes in the software.
