Adding a revenue center period mapping in Actual KBI Mappings

You can map a previously mapped KBI to a revenue center period from the Details pane of the Actual KBI Mapping screen. Mapping a KBI to a revenue center allows you to import actual data by time period. This time period data can be used to compare volume changes and create a more accurate forecast.

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications ( main menu icon ).
    The menu expands.

  2. Select Setup > Labor > Actual KBI Mapping.
    The Actual KBI Mapping screen appears.

  1. From the Mapped KBIs list, select the KBI that you want to map.
    Details for the KBI appear in the right pane.

  2. Expand () the Details section.

  3. Select Map to RC Period.
    The Map to Revenue Center configuration options appear.

  4. From the Path drop-down list, select the revenue center period to map the KBI to.
    Details for the selected revenue center period appear in the Revenue Center Period Info table.

  5. (Optional) To import flow data for KBIs that are mapped to the revenue center period and to a specified flow plan, select Include Flow Plan, and then specify which flow plan to include from the Flow Plan drop-down list.

  6. (Optional) Select Ignore RC Period Times to import flow data for the entire day, rather than only for the time range of the revenue center period.
    Once all required fields are complete, the new mapping is added automatically.
