Approve Earnings
The Approve Earnings screen allows you to approve earnings for individuals or for multiple employees at once. Approve Earnings is often used by high-level managers or administrators to provide secondary reviews of employee's Time Cards.
For example, front desk clerks report directly to the front desk manager. The front desk manager approves schedule changes and call ins, but certain earnings, such as holiday or penalty earnings, require approval from the property manager. In this case, the property manager can review and approve earnings using the Approve Earnings screen.
