Employee Audit report
This report prints all changes made to any employee in the Employee Maintenance tabs. The report also displays the username for the person who logged in and made the change as well as the date that the change was made. When configuring the report, you can choose to only view changes that were made manually, changes made only by reconcile, or both, as well as whether to view employees who modified their own punch or pay records.

Availability—Standard report included with all installations.

Security—Sensitive. Shows rates of pay for status changed employees.

Options—Filter the report by date range, labor structure levels (division/department/job), and method by which changes were made.

Defaults—Current pay period for all departments.
