Employee List report screen

The Employee List report screen displays a table with detailed attendance information for employees in your organization. With this screen you can see both violators and adherents of company attendance policies. 

Use the Settings screen to specify which date ranges and organization layers to view in the table. For more information, see The Settings screen.

Sorting and filtering information in the employee table

Using the search field

You can use this field to search for both employee names and attendance numbers. 

  • In the search field above the table, type either an employee name or attendance number. You can enter both text and numerals.
    The table automatically updates to meet the search criteria.

Sorting information in the table

You can use the table column headers to sort the information that appears in the table.

To sort by ascending or descending order, do one of the following:

  1. Select a column header.
    The column order updates. 

    • (Optional) Select the column header again to reverse the order.
      The column order updates.
      or

    1. Hover the pointer to the right side of a column you want to sort.
      A drop-down arrow appears.

    2. Select the drop-down arrow.
      A drop-down menu appears.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • To sort in ascending order, select Sort Ascending.

    • To sort in descending order, select Sort Descending.
      The column order updates.

Hiding and displaying columns in the table

You can use the table column headers to hide columns that appear in the table.

  1. Hover the pointer to the right side of any column in the table.

  2. A drop-down arrow appears.

  3. Select the drop-down arrow.
    A drop-down menu appears.

  4. Hover the pointer over Columns.
    A fly-out menu appears. It displays all columns in the table. Each column name has a check box. By default, all check boxes are selected.

  5. Clear the check boxes for columns you want to hide in the table. Select check boxes for columns that you want to display in the table.

Viewing attendance information for an employee

From the employee review table on this screen, you can select an employee to open their Employee Profile report screen where you can view more detailed information.

  1. To select an employee, do one of the following:

    • In the employee review table, scroll through the list until you find the employee for whom you are looking.
      or

    • In the search field above the table, type the name of the employee for whom you are looking. 
      The table automatically updates to meet the search criteria.

  2. In the Employee column, select the name of the employee.
    The Employee Profile report screen for the selected employee appears.

Column descriptions for the Employee Review table

This table displays violations data for the selected employee.

Column Description Notes

Employee

Name of the employee.

Select an employee to open the employee's Employee Profile page.

Property

Name of the property.

Updates the organization layer to display the selected Property and reloads the Employee List page for that selection.

Division

Name of the division.

Updates the organization layer to display the selected Division and reloads the Employee List page for that selection.

Department

Name of the department

Updates the organization layer to display the selected Department and reloads the Employee List page for that selection.

Job

Name of the job.

Updates the organization layer to display the selected Job and reloads the Employee List page for that selection.

Employee Attendance Status

Attendance status of the employee. For example, In, Out, On Break.

Absent Emergencies

Number of instances when employees were absent due to emergencies.

Absent No Calls

Number of instances when employees were absent but did not notify their managers.

Absent Short Calls

Number of instances when employees were absent but provided notification on short notice.

Absences

Number of instances when employees were absent, regardless of notification to managers.

Daily Hours

Number of instances when an employee worked too many hours in a day.

The Daily Hours are defined by the Daily Hours Attendance Points Work Rule.

Early Ins

Number of instances when employees punched in early at the property.

Early Outs

Number of instances when employees punched out early at the property.

Excess Overtime

Number of instances when employees worked excessive overtime hours in a shift.

Excess overtime is determined by the Excess Hours Attendance Points Work Rule.

Late In Emergencies

Number of instances when employees were late due to emergencies.

Late Ins

Number of instances when employees punched in late at the property.

Late Outs

Number of instances when employees punched out late at the property.

Long Breaks

Number of instances when employees took breaks that were longer than their designated break time.

Short Breaks

Number of instances when employees took breaks that were shorter than their designated break time.

Time of Day

Number of instances when employees worked during a time of day for which they were not authorized to work.

This Time of Day violation type is typically set for employees who earn a differential pay based on the time of day they work.

Weekly Hours

Number of instances when employees worked more hours than they were authorized to work in a week.

Not Scheduled

Number of instances when employees punched in when they were not scheduled.

Long Shift

Number of long shifts at a property.

Short Shift

Number of short shifts at a property.

Shifts

Number of shifts at the property.

Missed Punches

Number of missed punches at the property.

Unexcused Absences

Number of unexcused absences at the property.

No Break Punch

Number of instances when employees did not take a break.

Missed Back Punch

Number of missed Back punches at the property.

Missed In Punch

Number of missed In punches at the property.

Missed Out Punch

Number of missed Out punches at the property.

Tardy

Number of instances when employees punched in late at the property.

Attendance Points

Total number of Attendance Points employees have accrued for the selected date range.
