Employee Work Classes
Use the Employee Work Classes screen to group employees by their work status. For example, you might have groups for part-time and full-time employees. You can create an employee work class that contains all part-time employees at your property and another employee work class that contains all full-time employees at your property.
Once configured, employee work classes can be used in conjunction with other criteria to create Employee Sets. For example, to apply a benefit accrual work rule to all full-time clerks at your property, you might create an employee set called "full-time clerks" and filter the set to include employees meet the "full-time" employee work class criteria and whose job is "clerk". Once the employee set is created, you can then apply to the benefit accrual work rule to the employee set.
