Example: Inserting additional adjustments in the Adjustments Template

The steps and images below represent an example scenario of inserting an additional adjustment for a job in the Adjustments Template. This example assumes that you have already exported the Adjustments Template CSV file and are ready to add adjustments. For more information, see the following:

When you open the Adjustments Template file, it is populated with all job class lines that are linked to budget lines at your property.

Note: The top three rows are sample rows, not actual lines from your property.

In this example, you have just added an adjustment of 0.6 HRS adjustment to the job in row 5.

If you need to add another adjustment to the Food and Beverage/Restaurant/ Manager/Runner job, do the following:

  1. Select the row below it.

  2. Right-click and select Insert.
    The new row appears.

  3. Copy cells A5 through D5 from the original row.

  4. Paste in the empty cells A6 through D6.

  5. Complete cells E6 through I6 as necessary.
