Exporting employees

If your system has been configured to export employee files, you can export a report of employee information (in CSV file format). You can then send the information to another system (for example, HR or payroll).

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications ().
    The menu expands.

  2. Select Administration > Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a new tab.

  1. In the upper-right corner of the screen, select Export Employees.
    The Export Employees dialog box appears.

  2. Select the employees you want to include in the exported report. To select all employees, select Select All.

  3. Select OK.
    The dialog box closes, and the report is sent to the destination folder.

    Note: The destination folder is configured on the Interfaces screen (Setup > Interfaces).
