Filter dialog box in Attendance

The Filter dialog box appears when you select Filter on the Attendance screen. Use this dialog box to specify which points or events you want to view.

Select a check box to filter points or events by how they were created.

  • Manual—Show points or events that were created manually.

  • Rule—Show points or events that were automatically generated from a work rule.

Type

Select one or more check boxes to show only specified types of points or events.

Jobs tree menu

Select the divisions, departments, and/or jobs that you want to view on the Attendance screen.

Search

Enter the name of a division, department, or job to search the tree menu.

Select all

Select all check boxes in the tree menu.

Clear all

Clear all check boxes in the tree menu.

Expand all

Show all organization levels in tree menu.

Collapse all

Hide child levels in tree menu.

Expand

Show child levels for the selected category.

Collapse

Hide child levels for the selected category.

Close

Closes the dialog box. Your selections are applied automatically.
