Filters dialog box for the Benefits screen
The Filters dialog box appears when you select the filter icon (
) in the Employee section of the Benefits screen. Use this dialog box to filter the Benefits screen by employees who meet the selected criteria.

All filters results are based on the current selected pay period.
Fields for the Filters dialog box

Pay Types |
Displays employees with the selected pay types. |

Pay Groups |
Displays employees who belong to the selected pay groups. |

Balance violations |
Displays employees who are above and/or below the minimum and maximum thresholds for balance violations. |

Select the properties to display. If necessary, use the following controls to find and select properties:

The tree menu contains all properties to which you have access. |
)—Select the check boxes for all organization levels in the tree menu.
)—Clear the check boxes for all organization levels in the tree menu.
)—Expand the tree menu to display all organization levels.
)—Collapse the tree menu to display only top levels of organization levels.
