Generate Projected Hours dialog box
Use the Generate Projected Hours dialog box to create the labor plan (system-planned shifts) for the current planning period or some other chosen date range. You can also choose to clear schedules as part of this task or override the default standard set for planning.
For example, if it takes a Room Attendant 30 minutes to clean each occupied room, and 100 occupied rooms are projected, then the system forecasts 50 labor hours (pure work requirement) for the Room Attendant job. This explanation does not account for all factors that can affect a job, such as minimum shift, fixed work that must be done at the start or close of each shift, lunch breaks, and KBIs (other than Yesterday's Occupied rooms), which might affect the tasks to be performed.
