Generate Schedules dialog box in Timeline Scheduling

You use the Generate Schedules dialog box to generate schedules based on your shifts.

Options

Specifies the type of schedules to generate. Options include:

  • Pre-schedules—Employees with pre-schedules entered.

  • Permanent—Employees with permanent schedules.

  • Regular—Employees with regular schedules.

  • Variable—Employees with variable schedules.

You can select one or multiple options.

Select Jobs to copy

Jobs to include in the schedule.

If necessary, use the following controls to find shifts:

  • Find By Name—Search field for entering the name of job or organization level. The tree menu updates to match your entry.

  • Select All (  )—Selects the check boxes for all organization levels in the tree menu.

  • De-Select All (  )—Clears the check boxes for all organization levels in the tree menu.

  • Expand All (  )—Expands the tree menu to display all organization levels.

  • Collapse All (  )—Collapses the tree menu to display only top levels of organization levels.

You can select one or multiple options.

Cancel

Closes the dialog box without applying your changes.


OK

Applies your changes and closes the dialog box.
