Adding Glitch Action Reasons

Note: Ensure that you have a corporate user rights to edit Glitch action reasons.

  1. From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration (). The User Console screen appears.

  2. Select Glitch Configuration ()>, Glitch Action Reasons. The Glitch Action Reasons screen appears.
    For more information, see Glitch Action Reasons screen.

  3. On the left, enter the Action Reason Description.

  4. Select the Action Reason Type as Reopen or Close.

  5. Select Add Reason.
    An Alert Success message appears.
