Exporting glitch action reasons

Exporting glitch action reasons data as an excel spreadsheet gives you an easy way to view detailed information about the entire glitch action reasons screen.

1. From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration (). The User Console screen appears.

2. Select Glitch Configuration ()>, Glitch Action Reasons. The Glitch Action Reasons screen appears.
   For more information, see Glitch Action Reasons screen.

3. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click Export to excel ().
   The file downloads to your local drive.
