Adding a glitch recovery option

Note: Only corporate users can view, reopen, and close. Only property users can add, edit, and delete the recovery option.

  1. From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration (). The User Console screen appears.

  2. Select Glitch Configuration ()>, Glitch Action Reasons. The Glitch Action Reasons screen appears.
    For more information, see Glitch Action Reasons screen.

  3. In the Recovery Option Name field, enter the best suited recovery name.

  4. Enter the Maximum Cost of the recovery.

  5. Select Add Recovery Option.
    An Alert Success message appears.
