Stock Details tab
Use the stock details tab to add new stock items and add detailed information for multiple suppliers and stock entries.
Fields on the Stock Details tab

Supplier Name |

When an item stock is Inactive, it will be displayed as No Stock in the Item Details tab. If there are multiple suppliers for an item and only some stocks are active, only the quantities from the active stocks are considered in the total available quantity. As a result, the Available Quantity will be adjusted to reflect a reduction corresponding to the Inactive stock, and only the total available quantity of Active stocks will be displayed. Stock Reserved |
Quantity of items that are allocated but not yet shipped or consumed. |
Required.
Displays the count of reserved stock items by integrating data from other software, such as Service, Maintenance, and Housekeeping. |
| Stock Utilized | Quantity of items that are used or consumed. |
Required.
Displays the number of confirmed stock items that are currently reserved, based on the data integration from other software, such as Service, Maintenance, and Housekeeping. |
