Deleting PMs
You might delete a PM if it is no longer relevant, the associated asset or equipment has been retired or replaced, or if it was created in error. In the Maintenance software, you can either delete a single PM or you can delete multiple PMs at the same.

From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select the Maintenance (
) option. The Work Order Console appears.

From the Maintenance menu, select Preventive Maintenance (
) > PM Console.
The PM Console appears.

If necessary, use the search and filter options to find the PM.

Do one of the following:

To delete a single PM:

Select the row of the PM that you want to delete.
The PM details pane opens. -
In the upper-right corner of the pane, select the vertical ellipsis (
) button.

From the drop-down list, select Delete.
A confirmation dialog box appears. -
Select Ok.
The status of the PM is updated.

To delete multiple PMs at the same time:

Select the checkboxes of the PMs that you want to delete.
As you select rows, the Selected Rows counter in the lower-right corner of the screen updates with the number of selected items. -
When you are ready to delete the selected batch of PMs, select the delete (
) button next to the Selected Rows counter in the lower-right corner of the screen.
The Bulk Delete dialog box appears. The table displays the information on the selected PMs. -
Select Yes.
The batch of PMs are deleted.
