Sorting and filtering the Asset Console
You can sort and filter Maintenance's Asset Console to display specific information.

Accessing the Asset Console

From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select the Maintenance (
) option. The Work Order Console appears.

From the Maintenance menu, select Assets (
) > Asset Console. The Asset Console appears.
Selecting a property

If necessary, use the property selector to select the property.
Searching the Asset Console

Use the Search field to search for a specific asset, asset code, or location.
Filtering the Asset Console

Select the filter button (
).
The Filters dialog box appears. -
From the Asset Category drop-down list, select an asset category.

From the Location drop-down list, select a location.

From the Select Status options, select either Active or Inactive.

Select Save.
The dialog box closes, and the Asset Console updates based on your selections.
Sorting the Asset Console
Use the Sort by ( ) drop-down list to change the order in which information appears on the screen. You can also use the arrow to reverse the list in ascending or descending order. Options include:

Last updated date/time—Assets with the most recent changes appear at the top of the list.

Installed On— Assets with the most recent installation appear at the top of the list.

Created On—Assets with the most recent creation date appear at the top of the list.

Purchase Date—Assets with the most recent purchase date appear at the top of the list.

Purchase Cost—Assets with the highest purchase cost at the top of the list.

Asset Code—Assets are sorted alphabetically (A-Z) by Asset Code.
