New Feature

Survey Manager and Survey Designer—first release of ExperienceIQ (XiQ)

As part of the initial release of Unifocus’s redesigned Survey platform—now called ExperienceIQ (XiQ)—two new screens are now available: Survey Manager and Survey Designer.

  • Survey ManagerSurvey Manager provides tools to create, organize, distribute, and manage surveys across multiple properties and projects. You can view survey status, apply filters (for example, by property, project, or status), and perform actions such as initiating or updating surveys from a centralized interface.

  • Survey DesignerSurvey Designer allows you to build surveys using configurable sections, question groups, and a variety of question types, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), rating scales, and comment fields. The interface supports survey previews and the application of translations for multilingual use.

Guest Summary report

This Survey Solutions release introduces the redesigned Guest Summary report, which aims to enhance property management through direct guest feedback. This report includes four main sections, each providing valuable insights into the guest experience:

  • Summary—Aggregates the overall service ratings across various hotel service groups.

  • Detail—Offers a granular view of specific questions related to each service group.

  • Trend—Tracks satisfaction trends over time, displaying data for each month across a 13-month period.

  • Comments—Compiles guests' comments so that you can better assess guest satisfaction.
