Unapproved Shifts report

The Unapproved Shifts report lists the total number of shifts worked during the selected pay period and how many worked shifts are currently unapproved. You can chose to include a Signature Line, which provides a space for HR to physically sign their approval for each section.

Key Information

• Availability—Standard report included with all installations.

• Security—Not sensitive.

• Options—User selects pay period, where they want page breaks (if any), and whether to print a Signature Line for HR. Can filter by Division or Department.

• Defaults—Current pay period.

• Usage—Print a list of total shifts and how many are unapproved.

• Data Source—Review Time Card screen.
