Creating task sheets - manual assignments

Manual assignment generates the task sheets based on the number of rooms and then divides them among floors or sections as previously defined in the Task Sheet Set.

  1. From the main menu, select the Housekeeping ( ) option.
    The Housekeeping Dashboard screen appears.

  2. From the menu pane on the left side of the screen, select Manage Task Sheets ( ) > Task Sheet Editor.
    The Task Sheet Editor screen appears.

  1. From the Create drop-down list, select From Task Sheet Set.
    The Create Task Sheets pane opens.

  2. From the Task Sheet Set drop-down list, select the required task sheet
    The total number of rooms that require cleaning appears automatically for all selections. This information is pulled in real time from your PMS.

  3. Enter the number of room attendants available on shift against each room selection and select Create.
    Although the software generates the task sheets, it does not account for an equal number of credits across task sheets.
