Marking a room as Do Not Disturb (DND) status

1. From the main menu, select the Housekeeping ( ) option.
   The Housekeeping Dashboard screen appears.

2. From the menu pane on the left side of the screen, select Coordinator's Desk > Console.
   The Console screen appears.

3. Find the row of the room that you would like to mark as DND or release from DND status. If necessary, use the screen filters or Search field. For more information, see Customizing and filtering the Console screen.

4. Do one of the following:

   • To mark a room as DND:

     1. Right-click the row and select Mark DND.
        The Mark DND pane opens.

     2. From the DND Reason drop-down list, select a reason.

     3. (Optional) In the Remark field, enter a comment.

     4. Select Save.
        
        The room is marked as DND and the pane closes.

   • To release a room from DND status:

     1. Right-click the row and select Release as DND.
        
        The Mark DND pane opens.

     2. From the DND Reason drop-down list, select a reason.

     3. (Optional) In the Remark field, enter a comment.

     4. Select Save.
        
        The room is released from DND status and the pane closes.
