Items tab on the New Checklist pane
Use the Items tab to enter questions, tasks, or descriptions of the inspection criteria. The inspector will see these items and score them to complete the checklist. For more information, see Adding a checklist.
Fields on the Items tab
Field | Description | Notes |

Add |
Opens the Add Item pane where you can enter all necessary information for the new item. |

Search |
Enter a keyword in the field. The table automatically updates to meet the search criteria. |

Edit |
Opens the Edit Item pane where you can make changes to information related to the item. |
Fields on the Edit Item pane are the same as the fields on the Add Item pane. |
Delete |
Deletes the item. |

Items |
Displays all items that you have entered. |

Mandatory Comments |
Indicates whether the inspector is required to enter a comment for the item. |
|
Mandatory Images |
Indicates whether the inspector is required to attach an image of the item. |
|
Move up / Move down |
Select the up arrow to move the selected item up one row. Select the down arrow to move the selected item down one row. |

Next |
Saves your changes and opens the Recipients tab on the New Checklist pane. |
If you are editing a checklist, this button is labeled Save. |
Cancel |
Closes the pane without saving your checklist. |
