Resolved issue with confirmation for time off requests in the Mobile AppIn some instances of previous releases, Mobile App users did not receive an alert when approving Time Off Requests (TOR) for full days. This alert is to ensure that managers are aware that approving the TOR will unassign the employee from any overlapping shifts, which will remain open for reassignment. Managers can choose to proceed with the approval or cancel to take no action. The software has been updated so that users now receive the alert, as expected. |

Resolved issue with swapping shiftsIn some instances of previous releases, Mobile App users experienced issues where shifts available for swapping, particularly those for secondary jobs, were not consistently displayed. The software has been updated to ensure that all accessible shifts, which do not conflict with users' schedules, are now properly displayed. |

Updated default screen in the employee Mobile AppThe default landing screen in employees' Unifocus Mobile App has been updated to better align with users' needs. Previously, employees were greeted by the Time Off Requests screen upon login. Now, the My Schedules screen will be the first screen employees see, reflecting the primary reason most employee users access the app: to check their schedules. Note: This change affects only the default landing screen for employee users. It does not affect managers' version of the Mobile App. The default screen for managers is Alerts. |

Entering time off requests with two decimal places for hoursIn this release of the Mobile App, you can now enter time off requests (TORs) with two decimal places in the Hours field. For example, you can submit a TOR for 5.25 hours. This improvement allows for more accurate TOR submissions. |

Schedule labels are applied by start timesIn previous releases of the Employee Shift Details screen in the Mobile App, labels were applied to any shift that overlapped with the day the label was intended for, including overnight shifts ending on that day. With this update, schedule labels will only attach to shifts whose start time falls within the day of the label. This change prevents confusion by ensuring labels only appear on relevant shifts, enhancing clarity and accuracy in shift scheduling. |

This message includes the employee's name, as expected. |
