Recurrence console

You can access the Recurrence console from the Service menu. This screen displays all jobs that are configured to repeat on a recurring schedule and allows you to manage those jobs as needed.

You can schedule a recurring job during new job registration on the New job screen. For more information, see Scheduling a recurring job.

Fields on the Recurrence console

Field Description Notes
Sort and filter options

Select properties

Opens the Select properties dialog box where you can select the checkboxes for properties that you want to view on the console.

This option is available only if you have access to multiple properties.

Status filters

Filter the screen by status:

  • All—All recurring jobs.

  • Active—Recurring jobs that are currently in effect.

  • Expired—Recurring jobs that are past the End by date.

  • Deleted—Recurring jobs that were deleted.

 

Search

Enter information in the search bar to locate jobs that match your search criteria.

 

Filter

Opens the Filter dialog box.

Legend

Describes the icons used on the Recurrence console.

Refresh

Reloads the console to display the most up-to-date information.

 

Sort by

Select an option to change the order in which jobs appear on the console.

Options include:

  • Location asc

  • Location desc

  • Department asc

  • Department desc

  • Job description asc

  • Job description desc

 

Page selector

Use the first/last () and back/forward () arrows to view jobs on other pages of the console.

 
Information in the job row

Status

Indicates the status of the job.

For more information, see Status legend.

 

Frequency

Indicates whether the job recurs hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly.

 

Description

Short description of the job.

 

Location

Name or number of the room where the job is to be performed.

 

Location status

Indicates whether the room is vacant or occupied.

 

Department

Department assigned to the job.

 

Property

Property where the job is to be performed.

 

Next run

Date and time of the next scheduled occurrence.

 

End pattern

The date or number of occurrences after which the recurring job is scheduled to end. If the recurring job does not have an end date, "No end date" appears.

 

Scheduled call

The date and time of the next scheduled call.
