Shift bars - icon, action, and color descriptions
The schedule bars and shift markers that appear in the schedule pane (in Employee and Job views) represent shifts or place holders that correspond to the employees or jobs in the left pane. The length and position of the bars depend upon the duration and time-frame of the shifts.
You can edit these shifts by doing one of the following:
-
Manipulating the position and size of the shift bar with the pointer and keyboard.
-
Clicking the shift bar and selecting an option from the action menu.
-
Double-clicking to open the dialog box. If the shift is filled, the Edit Shift dialog box appears. If the shift is unfilled, the Fill Shift dialog box appears.
