T&A Codes
T&A Codes are used to map data coming from the time keeping system to jobs in RMS and to map data coming from RMS to the payroll system for that job. For example, you might have three codes in your Time Clock for Cook 1, Cook 2, and Cook 3. These three codes are combined in RMS into one job, called Cook. Your payroll system recognizes only the numeric code that is associated with the job, so you map the job, Cook, to the appropriate payroll code, 123456.
