Activating and completing task sheets
When task sheets have been generated in Housekeeping, they need to be activated to ensure that they appear on the mobile app. Task sheets can be activated once the room attendants have been assigned. At the end of the shift or at the end of each day, all task sheets should also be marked as Completed. This will archive the task sheets and allow you to create fresh task sheets for the next day.
The task sheet status is shown for each task sheet. Statuses include the following:
-
Deactivated task sheet (
)—Not visible on a mobile device.
-
Active task sheet (
)—Visible on a mobile device.
-
Missing attendant (
)—No attendant assigned yet and cannot be activated.
Note: Within the software, there is a setting that allows you to assign a supervisor to a task sheet in the same way as you assign room attendants. If this setting is active, you must assign supervisors before activating. Generally, this setting is not used.
Note: Although you can move rooms between task sheets after activation, it is not advisable to do this a long time after activation, as you cannot see which rooms are already in progress in the Task Sheet Editor. Use the console instead.
Note: Unless you manually refresh the Task Sheet Editor, the HSK, FO & RES statuses do not automatically update. Do not use the editor for checking statuses. Use the console instead.
