Activating and deactivating task sheets

You can activate or deactivate task sheets from either the Task Sheet Editor or the Task Sheets screen in Housekeeping. If a task sheet is deactivated, the status icon is a red dot (). If a task sheet is activated, the status icon is a green dot ().

Activating and deactivating task sheets in the Task Sheet Editor screen

  1. From the main menu, select the Housekeeping ( ) option.
    The Housekeeping Dashboard screen appears.

  2. From the menu pane on the left side of the screen, select Manage Task Sheets ( ) > Task Sheet Editor.
    The Task Sheet Editor screen appears.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • To choose a single task sheet, select the checkbox in the upper-right corner of the relevant task sheet.

    • To choose multiple task sheets, select the All checkbox in the upper-left corner of the Task Sheet Editor screen or manually select the checkboxes for each task sheet.

  2. Do one of the following:

    Note: The menu options depend on the current status of the task sheet. If task sheets are active (), only the Deactivate option is available. If task sheets are deactivated (), only the Activate option is available.

    • From the Tasksheet drop-down list, select Activate or Deactivate.
      The status icon updates to reflect your selection.

    • Right-click a tile and select Activate or Deactivate.
      The status icon updates to reflect your selection.

Activating and deactivating a task sheet in the Task Sheet screen

In the Task Sheets screen of Housekeeping, you can activate or deactivate only one task sheet at a time.

  1. From the main menu, select the Housekeeping ( ) option.
    The Housekeeping Dashboard screen appears.

  2. From the menu pane on the left side of the screen, select Manage Task Sheets ( ) > Task Sheets.
    The Task Sheets screen appears.

  1. If necessary, from the date selector, select the date.

  2. If necessary, from the Locations drop-down list, select the location.

  3. In the table, find the task sheet that you want to activate or deactivate.

  4. Right-click the row of the task sheet and Activate or Deactivate.

    Note: The menu options depend on the current status of the task sheet. If task sheets are active (), only the Deactivate option is available. If task sheets are deactivated (), only the Activate option is available.
