Completing task sheets

When the attendant has finished the task and the task sheet is no longer required, it can be marked complete. At a minimum, this should be done at the end of the day it but can also be done at the end of a shift.

You can mark complete multiple task sheets at the same time or one-by-one.

When you mark a task sheet as complete, the rooms will no longer appear on both the Room Attendant and Supervisor application. If the room attendant has completed the task but the task still requires an inspection, leave the task sheet as active.

Important: If you have marked a task sheet as complete, you can no longer reactivate it, even if it was done in error. If you want tasks or rooms to no longer appear on the mobile app or desktop, consider deactivating task sheets instead.

You can mark task sheets as complete from either the Task Sheet Editor or the Task Sheets screen in Housekeeping.
