Working with points

The Attendance screen tracks employees' adherence to or violation of attendance policies. If employees violate an attendance policy (for example, arriving late), points are associated with their records. Use the Points view on the Attendance screen to acknowledge, add, excuse, or delete a point.

Your property's attendance policies can be configured in the Employee Points and Employee Event work rules. These configurations determine when points are attributed to employees and how many points are needed to trigger the corresponding event. When an event is triggered, the manager can generate a letter to notify the employee using the templates in Employee Event Document Templates.
