Working with views in Employee Schedules

A View is a set of configurations that have been applied to the screen. Some screens allow you to save views, so that you can quickly sort and filter data.

When you save a view in Employee Schedules, the following preferences are recorded: sort order, filter options, columns in the Scheduling pane, whether the Planning Period Summary is visible, and which KBIs appear in the Planning Period Summary pane. You can save the view as the default view for the screen or select it from the Current View drop-down list at a later date to apply the recorded configurations to the Employee Schedules screen.
