New display name format option added to Weekly Schedule reportA new First Initial/Last Name option has been added to the Display Name parameter in the configuration screen of the Weekly Schedule report. When selected, employee names are displayed in the format [Last Name], [First Initial] (for example, Smith, J.). Existing display name options continue to function as before. This enhancement provides additional flexibility for how employee names are presented in the report. |

Shift Difference OT data added to Work Rules Configuration reportThe Work Rules Configuration report now includes details for Shift Difference OT work rules. This update allows you to review and validate Shift Difference OT configurations directly within the report, improving visibility into work rule setup and supporting more comprehensive reporting. |

Resolved issue for missing details in the Shift Details reportIn some instances of previous releases, the Shift Details report displayed summary totals but failed to include individual shift details under certain configurations. The software has been updated so that the report now consistently displays both totals and detailed data as expected. |

Corrected formatting in the Earning Details reportIn some instances of previous releases, the Earnings Detail report displayed text with inconsistent line breaks and wrapping. The software has been updated so that report spacing and line breaks now align correctly with the data presented. |

Four new Maintenance reportsThis Maintenance release introduces four new asset maintenance reports in Reporter that are generated in PDF format: These reports, available exclusively in single sign-on (SSO) environments, enhance asset maintenance and support streamlined decision-making through targeted data insights.
