Improvement in System Configuration for ServiceThis Service release introduces Ongoing Job event to Alert Manager, allowing you to trigger alerts based on job progress. You can now set alerts for specific percentages of Maximum Response Time (MRT) to stay informed of key milestones during job completion. |

Benchmarking in Service AnalyticsThis release of Service Analytics introduces a Benchmarking tab, which compares property performance based on guest job data. Benchmarking helps identify areas for improvement and set performance goals, with key metrics such as service request volume, escalation rates, guest job registration density, total guest jobs vs delayed, guest job performance (for example, parked, reopened, open, and SNL jobs), and peak hour analysis. Service DashboardThis release introduces the Service Dashboard, which provides at-a-glance information to enhance monitoring and decision-making for service management. The dashboard offers a unified view of crucial metrics and data, including guest room utilization, service demand, job description frequency with corresponding escalations, and departmental service dynamics. By providing these insights, the Service Dashboard enables more efficient resource allocation and scheduling. You can access the Service Dashboard from a new Service Analytics menu option in the Service software. With the Service Dashboard, you can do the following:
