Resolved file name issue with Import EarningsIn some instances of previous releases, the Import Earnings process in Review Pay Period did not allow file names that contained a period (.) punctuation mark. The software has been updated to resolve this issue. |

Improved support for punch corrections across open pay periodsIn previous releases, the punch corrections feature in the Time Clock was limited to the single open pay period configured in the property settings. As a result, employees were sometimes unable to submit corrections for valid missed punches in the current open pay period. With this update, the software now considers all open pay periods for a property, allowing employees to submit punch corrections for any eligible date within those periods. This ensures more accurate and flexible correction workflows for both employees and managers. |

Resolved zero earning issue in time cardsIn some instances of previous releases, when the max running value was set to 0 in the Day of Year Benefit Accrual work rule, employee time cards incorrectly displayed 0 as the earning. The software has been updated so that when the max running value is set to 0 in the Day of Year Benefit Accrual work rule, employee time cards display no earnings, as expected. |

Updated default validation for time card earnings against accrualsIn this release of the Review Time Card screen, the software now automatically validates new earnings against future approved accruals by default. This enhancement ensures that users cannot add more earning hours than the employee has accrued. This functionality, previously available only by contacting your Unifocus Client Success Manager (CSM) to enable it, is now activated for all users. Note: Contact your Unifocus Client Success Manager (CSM) if you would like to deactivate this default functionality. |

After entering a value and pressing the tab key, the entered value was deleted. Options for exporting pay groupsIn previous releases of the Review Pay Period screen, you could export only ZIP files from the Pay Period view. In this release, the Export Pay Group section of the Pay Period view includes an Export as. zip toggle. By default, the toggle is turned on. If turned on, pay group files are compressed and exported as a single ZIP file. If turned off, each pay group is exported as an individual file. |

Corrected amount and total calculation on time cardsIn some instances of previous releases of the Review Time Card screen, the Job Summary tab included incorrect calculations of totals and amounts. The Amount field combined earnings and hours, rather than displaying each on separate lines. The Total Cost field included the cost of actual and scheduled hours, rather than only actual hours. The software has been updated so that amounts are correctly calculated and displayed in appropriated labeled columns. |

Restrictions on editing approved and paid time off requestsIn this release of Review Pay Period, time off requests (TORs) that are approved, have distributed paid hours, and fall within a locked pay period can no longer be edited. If these conditions are met, all fields in the Time Off Request pane will become uneditable, the Submit Request button will be disabled, and only the Cancel button will remain active. Additionally, while the Distribute Hours button will remain functional, all editable fields in the pane will also be disabled. A notification in red at the top of the pane will alert users: The following request has been approved and paid in a locked pay period. It cannot be edited. |
