Process Roadmap: Working with STAFFScope Campaign Management

This process roadmap provides an overview of the process of creating and managing survey campaigns in STAFFScope Campaign Management

Step Action Overview

1

Frequently review the Summary tab.

Once you have set up a campaign, you should frequently review the Summary tab. The information on this tab will keep you up to date on your surveys. The top portion of the screen shows key information about active, upcoming, and recently closed campaigns. The table at the bottom of the screen provides more details on your campaigns.

For more information, see Viewing summary information in STAFFScope Campaign Management.

2

Manage your properties.

The software automatically checks for new properties and imports them to STAFFScope Campaign Management. Check the Properties tab and update any information that needs to be changed. You activate properties by turning on ( switch ) organizational synchronization (Org Sync).

For more information, see Working with properties in STAFFScope Campaign Management

3

Create new surveys.

Use the Manage Surveys tab to create new surveys based on templates. There is at least one standardized template for each Unifocus Survey project.

Note: This step is not required in the campaign management process.

For more information, see Managing surveys in STAFFScope Campaign Management

4

Create new campaigns.

To begin a new campaign/period, you create a new survey period on the Survey Periods tab. A survey period defines the start date, end date, type of survey, and participating properties.

For more information, see Managing survey periods in STAFFScope Campaign Management.

5

Map sub-departments.

On the Department Mapping tab, you group multiple sub-departments into a single job class. For departments that have low numbers of employees, mapping them to other job classes ensures that their anonymity is protected in surveys. For a sub-department to populate data in the reports, there must be at least three employees mapped to that sub-department.

Note: Three is the minimum allowed threshold. Although the default threshold is three, you can contact your Unifocus Client Success Manager (CSM) to change the threshold to a higher number.

For more information, see Working with department mappings in STAFFScope Campaign Management.

6

Download survey codes.

If you require anonymous codes to distribute to your employees, they will be generated and ready for download up to 7 days before the campaign start date. The Survey Code Download tab of STAFFScope Campaign Management is currently not active. Go to the Unifocus Partner Site to download survey codes. For more information, contact your Unifocus Client Success Manager (CSM).

For more information, see Downloading survey codes for STAFFScope Campaign Management.
