Labor Reports

Labor includes a wide-range of forecasting, planning, scheduling, and configuration reports. These reports take all your data input and give you a wealth of information in an organized fashion. You can then take the information, analyze it, and make adjustments to further improve your efficiency. All Laborreports are located in the Reports menu, which lets you select, specify, and print reports.

Reports may be viewed or printed at any time, but most are run after editing has taken place. In general, there are three main reasons to view or print a report:

  1. Determine whether all scheduling needs have been met.

  2. Print and post a schedule for employees to view.

  3. Analyze how closely actual hours worked matches the forecast hours.

Categories of Labor reports

This table describes the Labor reports by category.

Forecasting Reports

These reports are normally used at two different times, the first being just after the RMS Administrator has generated the forecasts for editing, and the second time being at the end of the schedule week to help assess how well the system or the manager did in forecasting volumes.

Planning Reports

Scheduling Reports

Most of the reports in this section are merely different ways of printing and reviewing employee schedules. These options are also available while the manager is in the Schedule Editing mode in Labor.
