Version 10 

Version 10 includes the following improvements and new features:

Version 10.1 includes the following improvements and new features:

  • Browser check for RMS login.

  • Budgeting Report Builder is now accessed from the Setup menu.

  • Schedule state settings in Manage Schedules and Scheduling screens.

  • Mobile pre-shift screening certification can be re-activated automatically.

  • Edit Rooms Forecast screen now accepts up to 10 digits for input values.

  • Reports option has been removed from Task Scheduler in RMS 10. (Scheduling reports is now done in Reporter.)

  • Improved screen text for the Lunch Adjust End Time Schedule Lunch work rule.

  • Administrators can convert existing users to RMS managers.

  • Managers can set an overlap threshold for shift requests.

  • Configure notifications in the Employee Alerts Pre-shift Screening work rule.

  • Include additional hours-based earnings when calculating hours distribution.

Version 10.2 includes the following improvements and new features:

  • In the Mobile App, the Paid field label now matches type of Time Off Request being submitted.

  • There are several UI improvements to the Scheduling screen.

  • In the Employee Schedules screen, you can now manually sort employees by selecting the Sort by Manual Selection option and dragging their schedule rows to the desired positions in the scheduling pane.

  • Selecting the Print option from the Employee Schedules screen opens the Weekly Schedule report configuration screen in Reporter

  • Time Clocks prompt post-punch questions if employees did not complete Pre-shift screening survey.

  • The following Schedule Lunch work rules include improved screen text:

    • Lunch Simple Adjustment

    • Lunch Start Time and Length

  • The Log Out button is no longer available on the post-punch screens of Time Clocks that require employee response.
  • A Biometric Acknowledgment screen is now available for employee enrollment in UnifocusTime Clocks that have biometrics enabled.
  • The Labor Effectiveness report configuration screen features a new check box that allows you to exclude rows for labor structure levels that have no data for the selected date range.

  • KBIs are always recalculated if you run the Generate Projected Hours and Generate Standard Hours tasks from Task Scheduler.

  • The Labor Standards report is now available in Reporter.

  • Default parameter settings have been changed in several reports.

  • This release includes an updated message in the automated emails generated by the Hours Error interface.

  • If a manager updates a published schedule, employees receive a Mobile App notification that a change was made.

  • The Employee Schedules screen displays icons for shift requests and call-ins.

  • Managers can make open shifts available for pick up when adding or editing shifts in Employee Schedules.

  • When adding a time off request for an employee in the Employee Time Off screen, the Distribute Hours button appears below the Start Date, End Date, and Paid Time fields in the Time Off Request pane.

  • The new Schedule Validation Attestation Post Punch work rule allows you to configure an acknowledgement prompt that appears on Time Clocks when employees' punch times do not match their scheduled shift times.

  • You can now configure Break Period Penalty Post Calculation and Missing Break Post Punch Post Punch work rules to do the following:

    • Simultaneously check for short, late, and missing breaks
      or

    • Check only for only late or short breaks.

  • You can filter by assignment in Employee Schedules.
