• Selecting the Print option from the Employee Schedules screen opens the Weekly Schedule report configuration screen in Reporter. 

• Time Clocks prompt post-punch questions if employees did not complete Pre-shift screening survey.

• The Log Out button is no longer available on the post-punch screens of Time Clocks that require employee response.
• A Biometric Acknowledgment screen is now available for employee enrollment in UnifocusTime Clocks that have biometrics enabled.

• The Labor Effectiveness report configuration screen features a new check box that allows you to exclude rows for labor structure levels that have no data for the selected date range.

• KBIs are always recalculated if you run the Generate Projected Hours and Generate Standard Hours tasks from Task Scheduler.

• The Labor Standards report is now available in Reporter.

• Default parameter settings have been changed in several reports.

• This release includes an updated message in the automated emails generated by the Hours Error interface.

• If a manager updates a published schedule, employees receive a Mobile App notification that a change was made.

• The Employee Schedules screen displays icons for shift requests and call-ins.

• Managers can make open shifts available for pick up when adding or editing shifts in Employee Schedules.

• When adding a time off request for an employee in the Employee Time Off screen, the Distribute Hours button appears below the Start Date, End Date, and Paid Time fields in the Time Off Request pane.

• The new Schedule Validation Attestation Post Punch work rule allows you to configure an acknowledgement prompt that appears on Time Clocks when employees' punch times do not match their scheduled shift times.

• You can now configure Break Period Penalty Post Calculation and Missing Break Post Punch Post Punch work rules to do the following:

  • Simultaneously check for short, late, and missing breaks
    or

  • Check only for only late or short breaks.

• You can filter by assignment in Employee Schedules.

Version 10.6

Version 10.6 includes the following improvements and new features:

• This release introduces two new screens:

  • On the My Dashboard screen, you can view your contact information, change your avatar, and manage your earned trophies and badges.

  • On the Actual KBI Mapping screen, you can map KBI data collected from reports in external systems to relevant KBIs that are already configured in RMS.

• This release includes the following redesigned screens:

• You can create a Schedule Change Validation work rule to warn managers when they attempt to change a schedule in a way that violates a fair workweek law.

• You can choose to include or exclude Arrivals, Departures, and Guests KBIs in the Add Market Segment dialog box in Forecast Structure.

• Several Setup screens have been reverted to their RMS 10 versions.

• The KBI Set Config section of Forecast Structure includes two new tabs: Related KBIs and Related Labor Standards.

• The Edit Rooms Forecast screen now automatically refreshes after you enter values and select Recalculate KBIs.

• The Review Time Card screen features new tooltips.

• You can make all open shifts available for pick up from the Employee Schedules screen.

• When you select Staff as the Work Type on the Shift Related Standards tab in Labor Standards, the Distribution Method is set to Non-Flowed.

• You can preview the formula used for a calculated KBI in Labor Standards.

• Tip Pools can be used as a standalone product.

• Employee Schedules includes scheduled hours from the auxiliary labor hours table.

• You can interface with your point of sale (POS) system to automate Tip Pools.

• Hover over the icon in the Source column of an employee's Review Time Card screen to view more details about how the punch was entered.

• The Daily Digest email for RMS 10 now features links that take you to relevant screens in the software.

Version 10.7

Version 10.7 includes the following improvements and new features:

• In this release of RMS, the Labor Planning screens in the Labor module can be configured with an intelligent workflow that guides you through each step of the labor planning process.

• This release includes the following redesigned Setup screens:

  • Environments

  • Above Property Dataset Management (formerly called Dataset Locking)

• You can map a KBI to a revenue center period in Actual KBI Mapping.

• On the Enter Forecast Environments screen, you can now select multiple KBIs in the Apply Forecast Environments to KBIs dialog box.

• The following Labor screens now include a Period Total column that displays the sum of all days for the period: Edit Rooms Forecast, Enter Input KBI Forecast, Enter Pre-Work, and Enter Actual KBIs.

• On the Enter Forecast Environments screen and the Enter Actual Environments screen, you can filter the table by all KBI types.

• This release of the Unifocus Mobile App features redesigned Approve Time Off Requests and My Time Off Requests screens.

• The default standard set selection for a revenue center period in the Revenue Centers view of the Forecast Structure screen matches the Projected Hours standard set selected on the Property Labor/Scheduler screen.

• On the Forecast Structure screen, in the General tab of the KBI Set Config section in Forecast Structure, the Insert KBIs dialog box now features an In Use column with check marks next to KBIs (including nested KBIs) that have already been included in the current formula.

• On the Forecast Structure screen, the Related KBIs tab of the KBI Set Config section in Forecast Structure now includes a search field where you can search for specific KBIs.

• Tabs on the Labor Standards screen maintain any previously selected, expanded, or collapsed rows when you navigate between the tabs.

• The Labor Standards and Forecast Structure screens include improved formula previews that appear in tooltips.

• The Labor Standards screen now displays a warning message if you are adding or editing a shift that is shorter than the configured Min Shift (minimum shift length).

• You can change the order in which shifts appear in the table on the Planner Settings & Shifts pane in Labor Standards.

• The help space has been renamed, reorganized, and updated to better address all Unifocus software products.

• In the Adjust Hours and Rates screen in Budgeting, the Add Adjustments options are now consolidated into a single menu item with fly-out lists for Rates, Hours, and OT Hours menus.

• The Reconcile Code field in the Adjustments Template CSV file, which is available for download in the Adjust Hours and Rates screen in Budgeting, has been relabeled as Reconcile Code ID.

• You can now save views in the Employee Schedules screen.

Version 10.8

Version 10.8 includes the following improvements and new features:

• This release of RMS introduces a redesigned Edit Revenue Center screen.

• The Property Labor/Scheduler and Forecast Structure Setup screens include new configuration options for specifying moderate and critical variance levels that appear on the redesigned Edit Revenue Center screen.

• After you add a new employee in Employee Maintenance, the new employee is automatically selected in the Select Employee list.

• In the Jobs tab of Employee Maintenance, you can now access the Edit Job dialog box by double-clicking the job you want to edit.

• When adding a new market segment in the Add Market Segment dialog box in Forecast Structure, selecting Arrivals Calculated or Departures Calculated automatically applies a KBI formula.

• In Budgeting, you can now copy configurations from an existing dataset to another dataset in a budget line.

• In this release of the Budget Tree screen in Budgeting, the P&L Group drop-down menu now includes an All option that you can select to view all P&L groups in your budget structure.

• The Adjust Hours and Rates screen in Budgeting now has an Expand/Collapse All option.

• The Adjust Hours and Rates screen in Budgeting includes two improvements to the user interface:

  • The Clear Adjustment button has been relabeled as Delete Adjustment.

  • The Clear Adjustment dialog box has been relabeled as Delete Adjustment.

• On the Adjust Hours and Rates screen in Budgeting, you can right-click adjustments and directly delete them from the context menu.

• Inactive right-click functionality has been removed from the Budget Tree screen in Budgeting.

• You must select an employee when Adding a time off request in Employee Time Off Requests.

• If users are mapped to Unifocus software, the Labor Actuals and Labor Planning menu screens show their display names under the tasks that they ran.

• The Add/Edit Shift dialog box in Labor Standards contains a new Custom Shift Names toggle switch that allows you to choose whether you want to create your own shift name or whether you want the software to automatically create a shift name based on the time and length of the entered shift.

• You can now approve shifts and resolve shift errors from the Unifocus Mobile App.

• Improvements have been made to the tooltips for the Budgeting menu pane.
